So, just to going to get straight to the point - this is the best vegan guac recipe EVER! Guac is by far my MOST favorite dish (breakfast, lunch, dinner, side-dish, midnight snack, you name it) ever. As you may have noticed, I just love how delicious and creamy it is and how it compliments almost any dish. Guac like this is packed with essential fats and nutrients. There are many ways of making guacamole taste good, and below is one version of it. Furthermore, I encourage my visitors to always stay creative and don't be afraid to add your own twists to your dishes. P.S. Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados (not too ripe)
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ tomato
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 1½ freshly squeezed limes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional: ¼ fresh jalapeno

Cooking Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half, and then put them and scoop the goodness into a medium-sized bowl.
  • Chop the tomato, then the red onion, and finally the cilantro into small chunks and add them in the bowl.
  • Then go ahead and add salt and pepper (based on your taste preference).
  • Then be sure to add fresh jalapeno chunks if you would like to spice things up!
  • After that, squeeze fresh lime juice on top.
  • Then mash it all in together and enjoy!
